    Once reviewed, we will send you a link to create a client profile and help you schedule your first appointment.

    We require a credit card on file for all patients at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, otherwise the appointment will be cancelled.

  • Our evaluations are comprehensive and new appointments typically last 60 mins. Follow up appointments are typically 30 mins. Please be ready to start on time for your scheduled appointment so you get the most benefit from your visit.

  • The frequency of follow up visits will vary depending on client needs. When starting treatment or making significant medication changes, 2 week follow up visits are typical. Ongoing follow up visits are scheduled every 4 weeks to assess medication tolerance and review symptoms.

  • We are currently accepting patients aged 16-99.

  • We currently accept the following insurance plans: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, and Cigna.

  • Yes, out-of-network patients can request a “superbill” from us to submit to their insurance for reimbursement. 

    Most insurance plans will offer partial reimbursement for out of network costs, check with your individual plan for details.

    All private-pay payments are collected the day prior to the appointment.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments requires 48 hours of advanced notice otherwise clients will be charged a $200 fee for their missed appointment.

  • Missed appointments will be billed a $200 fee to the credit card on file.

    If you are more than 15 minutes late to an initial appointment or 10 minutes late to a follow-up appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment.

  • We do offer controlled substance prescriptions when clinically appropriate and at the discretion of your practitioner. Please be aware that regulatory agencies may require in person evaluations for some prescriptions.

  • Although our primary focus is medication management, we do provide brief psychotherapy within sessions.

  • It’s normal to feel nervous about starting a new treatment plan. During your appointment, we will be happy to discuss the risks and benefits of different treatment choices and work with you to develop a plan you are comfortable with.

  • We do our best to respond to communications in between appointments for non-emergent questions. Emails and calls will typically be returned within 1-3 business days.

    Communications regarding medical or psychiatric needs typically require a separate follow up appointment. Same-day URGENT appointments are possible depending on availability.

    If you are having a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

  • If you are having a medical or psychiatric emergency, including thoughts of harming yourself, others, or suicide, please call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.

    Once safe, please reach out and let us know that you have received emergency care so we can help coordinate your follow up.
